Get a detailed and comprehensive Estimate
This includes a detailed breakdown of your project, as previously discussed with our team, to help our clients clearly understand the factors that set us apart. Additionally, a follow-up will be conducted to ensure that everything outlined aligns with our clients expectations.

Review your 3D Designs
If included in your project, we will provide a 3D design that guides you through the estimate and highlights all included elements. The design will showcase both daytime and nighttime views for a comprehensive experience.

Approval and Paperwork Process
Once we receive the signed, approved estimate, we’ll contact you to discuss the documentation process and application in order to meet HOA and City requirements. We handle and follow the submittal process for your convenience as we want to provide a pleasurable experience as everything comes together.

Start Your Project
After we receive approval from both the HOA and City, we will add your project to our schedule, coordinate the start time that aligns with our clients timeline, and send our crew to begin the work!

David Souza - CEO
With over 22 years of entrepreneurial experience, David takes great pride in his business and serves as a client consulting expert and general manager. His creative vision and passion for overcoming challenges have inspired a high standard of client relationships and exceptional attention to detail. Outside of his business responsibilities, David is a dedicated pastor at a local church in Carrollton. In his free time, he cherishes moments with his family, enjoys vacationing with loved ones, and finds fulfillment in volunteering on missionary trips to support those in need.
Bruno Gasparretto - Commercial Manager
Bruno is our lead commercial manager and a highly experienced engineer specializing in concrete structural design. His expertise and qualifications make him our senior estimator and an outstanding project manager, with a primary focus on the commercial side of the business. He prepares and oversees our estimates, updating them as needed based on client requests, and also manages select residential projects. Outside of work, Bruno enjoys spending quality time with his family.
Denis Shiguemi Tateno - Residential Project Manager
Denis serves as our lead residential project manager, his engineering degree combined with his 20+ years of industry experience, are a key factor that helps spearheading teams in the field. He efficiently manages crew schedules, coordinates work locations for the week, sends out change orders, allocates material and advises when inspections need to be scheduled. During his leisure hours, Denis finds solace in attending church with his family and spends quality time playing soccer with his boys.
Armando E - Project Coordinator
Armando is our project coordinator, bringing over 15 years of valuable field experience to the team. He leads the crew on various projects, ensuring they are completed according to clients’ expectations and timelines. He also schedules inspections and oversees the timely ordering and delivery of materials for each assigned project. Outside of work, Armando enjoys spending quality time with his family and treasuring every minute he spends with them.
Felix A - Account Department
Felix, a graduate with degrees in Theology and Business Administration, oversees our accounts department. He ensures that all incoming transactions are meticulously managed, assigning invoice payments and accurately tracking them to the corresponding projects. With his strong background in business administration, Felix implements budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure the company’s finances are effectively managed and aligned with its goals. Outside of work, he enjoys sharing God’s word as a pastor and cherishing quality time with his family and loved ones.
Eli Martinez - Office Manager
Having started with our company as an intern, she has since moved into a full-time role as the office manager. With her expertise in the business industry and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from SMU, she has become a valuable asset, overseeing company operations and supporting clients, her team and the field team with various tasks. Outside of work, she is actively involved in church activities, enjoys playing music with her family as part of a worship team at her local church, and cherishes spending quality time with her family.
Nate F - Client Relations Lead
As our client relations lead representative, Nate manages all client follow-ups, coordinates initial consultations with our team, and addresses any questions or concerns clients may have. His growth within the company has elevated our customer service to exceptional levels, consistently ensuring that clients receive the assistance they need. Outside of work, he enjoys serving at church, cycling, playing video games, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with his family.
Abby B - Administrative Coordinator
Abby’s expertise in material and supply chain management, has brought valuable knowledge to our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, she handles essential HOA and City paperwork, schedules inspections, keeps clients informed about project status and start dates, communicates directly with HOAs and City authorities for each project, and places material orders as needed. In her free time, Abby enjoys attending music festivals with friends and unwinding with TV shows.
