We had a positive experience working with David Souza and the Green Paradise crew. We were able to set up an initial consult fairly quick, and David provided a quick turnaround with impressive 3D and 2D renderings. Their landscape designer is AMAZING and blew us away! Once we decided to proceed, we received an estimate soon after.
They were easy to work with, professional, ethical, flexible with changes that we made during the project, and they produce quality work and craftsmanship. We appreciated that David escorted us around the wholesale nursery so we could view the plants in person. It helped make decisions on plants that he proposed that we were not familiar with and to determine size and price of plants that fit our budget. We left it up to his professional eye to later personally select each specimen, and he did a great job which you can see in the photos.
We finally have an outdoor living space where we are excited to entertain friends and family, but most of all... we love that we have a place of our own to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty that it brings us. It's truly the Japanese Zen garden that we dreamed of and much, much more. We highly recommend Green Paradise, and we would definitely consider using them for any future projects. GP did a beautiful job on our project. We had an existing pool but it was missing the wow factor. GP expanded our patio, built a beautiful shade structure that allows us to use our yard twice as much in this heat, and did a bunch of other odds and ends that really put the yard over the top. It is truly an oasis now.
David was great to work with. They took the lead on working with our challenging HOA. We’ve done a lot of remodels over the ears. This is the first time the finished product looks exactly like the design renderings.

We had a great experience with David Souza and Green Paradise. We had to fire the previous contractor. David responded well. His crew is professional. David has good design ideas and always listened to our input and understood what we were trying to achieve. He was responsive even when he had to go out of country. His staff took care of the project in his absence, and he was available to answer questions.
When the brand-new pool heater did not work, he replaced it right away. He has been responsive to take care of any warranty issues. He is our go to contractor now. We highly recommend David for any pool, landscaping, or remodeling work.

I have been in the construction industry 30+ years working to design and build hotels and resorts throughout the world for Ritz-Carlton and others. The team at Green Paradise from the start did an exceptional job with our design and my changes as we went thru the project.

I recently used Green Paradise for a gazebo project. I had several quotes and I felt more comfortable with theirs because of the options presented, speed in which my questions were answered, and experience working in my neighborhood. My HOA is incredibly hard to deal with. however, GP did all the paperwork and submission, worked with the committee for approvals, and
held my hand through the process. The work performed was permitted and inspected by the city as
well.
During the construction, surprises happened because we can't see underground; however, they were incredibly easy to work with and find a solution which in the end saved me time, money, and I am way happier with the outcome. My project wasn't the biggest but they treated me like a valued customer. Any changes I requested were handled same day. They provided quotes quickly and the office team was always very responsive. I couldn't be happier with the work done and will enjoy my
larger patio and gazebo for years to come. Thanks Green Paradise team!!!

These guys are amazing. We had open communication with them at all times. Our contractor was Bruno and did an amazing job coordinating with the different crews to make sure the job was done right. We had a few changes and hiccups through the process, but once I let them know of the issue, they fixed the problems immediately. Quality craftsmanship at a good price.
We had a 1,000 sq ft patio extension, stone bench, firepit, and planters put in. Everything was built to our satisfaction with high attention to detail. We love our new backyard. Highly recommended!!!!!

Our pool remodeling and backyard makeover project turned out fantastic. David and Denis were great people to work with and flexible as the design and project details changed along the way. I was kept aware of price changes throughout as our plans grew beyond the original scope.
In the end, their team delivered a great pool and new outdoor living spaces including a new fire pit and fireplace. Highly recommend Green Paradise if you're considering a project like mine.

I wanted to get some ideas on what I could do with my backyard. The project manager, David, was beyond knowledgeable. He produced a few estimates for me (including a pool!!!!). We started to start with building an extra room on the back of my house. The crew was only at my house a few days, they poured concrete and built the entire exterior structure (roof and all)! I look forward to using Green Paradise in the future for all my outdoor and indoor projects! (I will submit pics when the house addition is complete!)

We love the pergolas they built for us and either entertain, dine, or simply have a coffee underneath them every day. They helped us mold our vision of what we wanted our backyard to look like, and gave us great suggestions at every step. The space is now just as relaxing, as it is functional.

We hired Green Paradise to do a pool deck (limestone), a large standalone covered porch, some fencing around my pool equipment, irrigation, and some landscaping at the backyard. I gave them a design to work with and they did an excellent job in following thru it.
Prices are reasonable and the quality of work is very good. My backyard is like a "paradise" now just like their company name. I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to transform their backyard, would definitely consider using them for any future projects
